This is a blog. Yes, if you would like to read this blog on mobile you have to tap the top right corner and go to the blog page because I can't figure out how to link articles. Hello. I realize we live in the year of our lord 2024. However, the only skill I have acquired in this life is writing. Some people argue I have not even acquired that skill, which hurts me deeply. Specifically, I love to write about basketball. Basketball is the one sport where something happens on the court, and you get to see all of it. All the faces, all the reactions, all the outbursts from players arguing with a call. The players connect to the crowd, and the crowd connects to them. What I'm trying to do here is offer some insight, along with some humor, to our little world of basketball, to let a few people in on the magically world of New York hoops.

Jalen Brunson: The Gift that Keeps on Giving
The one that started it all. I wrote this piece in my town's public library after the Knicks blew out the Nets on March 1st, 2023. Brunson attempted to fist bump Tom Thibodeau after checking out of the game in the fourth quarter, and I lost my mind in writing about my love for this Knicks team, and my love for Jalen Brunson.
